From the Inside Out: self-esteem & healthy relationships
The latest in our series of Parent Information Evenings will take place on Thursday 7 June at 6:30pm. The session, entitled From the Inside Out: self-esteem & healthy relationships, will be led by Kayleigh Butler and Susanne Petrie from the Charity Loved, Valued, Able (LVA).
Knowing how to build healthy relationships is a vital part of our growth. But it doesn’t happen over night. It starts with self-worth and works its way outwards. LVA will impart helpful knowledge and tips on how to help build your child’s self-esteem and enable your child to build positive friendships.
Topics covered include:
- Self-esteem building blocks and exercises.
- Supporting your child in their relationships.
- How to guide and steer your child when relationships get tough.
The session will start at 6.30pm in the Drama Hall and will finish around 7.30pm.
Please od let us know if you plan to attend by emailing PIE@christs.richmond.sch.uk. so that we have an idea of numbers ahead of the evening (though you can also just turn up on the night).
