The Bishop of Kingston visit Christ's School
How do you become a Bishop?, Were you religious as a child?, What's your favourite book?, What don't you like about being a Bishop?, What do you love about being a Bishop?. These are just some of the questions a group of students from Christ's School asked Bishop Richard during a recent visit.
The Bishop met with students across all year groups and enjoyed a lively conversation answering a diverse range of questions. In return, he also asked the students questions about religion and science, and life as a student in a church school. The students enjoyed interacting with the Bishop and he was very relaxed during his time in the school.
The students, the Headteacher, Helen Dixon, and the School Chaplain, Serena Willoughby, all enjoyed his visit. Bishop Richard is passionate about education and is planning a further visit to the school to meet with the Sixth Form Students.
