Safeguarding
Christ’s School takes its responsibilities around safeguarding very seriously. The health, safety, and wellbeing of our students are our top priorities and underpins everything we do.
We recognise that all adults in our school have a full and active part to play in protecting our students from harm and have an equal responsibility to act on any suspicion or disclosure that may suggest a child is at risk of harm. Our school is committed to providing an environment in which children and young people feel safe, secure, valued and respected and which promotes their social, physical and moral development."

Whole School Approach
All our staff have annual training, undertake termly safeguarding-specific courses and are given fortnightly topic refreshers to ensure they have the knowledge, understanding and confidence to recognise, respond and refer any safeguarding concerns that arise. We have an extensive set of trained safeguarding leads who are involved in supporting every student across the school. The school is committed to responding to every concern, supporting every student and offering personalised support.
Our safeguarding policy and procedures are in place to ensure that every child at Christ’s school feels safe and protected from harm.
