School Fund

Donate buttonThank you for your support!

Our heartfelt thanks to you, our school community, for your generous contributions to the School Fund.  Your donations have a huge positive impact on life at school for our children.

What has the School Fund been up to recently?

Our students are travelling in style in our spanking new minibus, taking centre stage with theatre quality lighting in the Drama Hall and let’s just say, the classroom celing is no longer doubling as a water feature -  the school fund has quite literally helped to put a new roof over their heads!

Why doesn’t the government fund our school building work?

Because we are a Voluntary-Aided School.  Our school buildings are not owned by the local authority, but by the diocese.  We are expected to fund at least 10% of all building works.

What will the School Fund be doing next?

Our future projects include the creation of an Emotional Regulation Room for vulnerable students, the refurbishment of our Exclusion-Base and the installation of a staff room partition to create a dedicated workspace for teachers.  Plus we need to raise a whopping £20,000 towards phase 2 of our roofing project which will cover the main classroom area of the school.

How can I help?

We gratefully encourage families to set up a regular payment whether that be monthly, quarterly or annually. Regular payments, however big or small, enable us to accurately  budget and plan for upgrades to our school.   We are, of course, also grateful for one off donations.
